This Policy applies when you visit or use the CarerCore website, customer portal, booking Platform, mobile application or another online service operated by CarerCore. It applies to customers, Service Users, representatives, prospective customers and general website visitors.

It covers cookies and similar technologies used on your computer, phone, tablet or other connected device. A separate workforce privacy notice and any workforce-platform information apply to applicants and Care Professionals using staff systems.

A cookie is a small text file or piece of information placed on, or read from, your device when you use an online service. Cookies can recognise a device, maintain a secure session, remember choices and help us understand how the Platform performs.

This Policy also covers similar storage and access technologies, including local storage, software development kits, pixels, tags, scripts, device identifiers and comparable technologies used in websites and applications.

• maintain login sessions and remember progress through a booking or assessment form;
• remember privacy, accessibility, language and other preferences;
• support booking, payment and requested Platform functions;

• measure the effectiveness of communications or campaigns where you have consented;

CarerCore does not sell personal information collected through cookies. We do not intentionally use advertising or analytics cookies to infer sensitive health or care needs or to target people because of those needs.
