Care Companion – Supported Living

Our supported-living service is designed around real choice, meaningful relationships and a home life shaped by each person's goals.

As a Care Companion in Supported Living, you will support adults to live with choice, dignity and as much independence as possible. You will work alongside each person rather than taking over, using their agreed care and support plan to help them manage everyday life, maintain relationships, access their community and achieve personal goals. Support may include personal care and will be tailored to the person's needs, abilities, communication style and preferences.
