As a Live-In Carer, you will stay in a service user's home for an agreed placement period and provide consistent, person-centred care and companionship. Your support will help the person maintain familiar routines, relationships and independence while remaining safe at home. You will follow a detailed care plan and work in partnership with the person, their family or representative, CarerCore and other professionals involved in their care.
