About the Role
Our Live-In Carers provide round-the-clock companionship and support, enabling clients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. You'll assist with personal care, meals, medication routines, and daily living, becoming a trusted presence in your client's life. Generous placement rates, planned breaks, and full support from our care team included.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
- Supporting medication routines in line with care plans
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
- A caring, patient, and compassionate nature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Full training and access to a vehicle preferred (role dependent)
