About the Role
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will support clients with higher-dependency needs, including specialist clinical tasks (full training provided) such as PEG feeding, stoma care, and catheter care. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals and families to deliver safe, person-centred support. Experience in complex or clinical care is an advantage, but a caring attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and hydration
- Supporting medication routines in line with care plans
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate care records and reporting changes
- Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
What We're Looking For

- Reliability and a professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training and development
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential
- Full training and access to a vehicle preferred (role dependent)
