As a Senior Care Companion, you will combine direct care with day-to-day practice leadership. You will help colleagues deliver safe, consistent and person-centred support; coordinate shifts or visits; identify and escalate concerns; and provide the Registered Manager with reliable information about quality and service delivery. You will model CarerCore's values and remain visible and approachable to service users, families and staff.
